How the program works!

Supreme Group ultimate goal is to grow the homeownership rate. We want to help the folks out there that want to truly become homeowners for either the first time ever or become a homeowner again.

Our program works like this.

Step #1: Meet with us to look at one of our available homes.

Step#2: Once you like a home, fill out an application

Step#3: We qualify you based off your income (credit score does not matter)

Step#4: We agree on a preset price that you will purchase the home at.

Step#5: You provide the down payment and first month lease payment.

Step#6: We work with you on a monthly basis to assist getting your credit repaired.

Step#7: Once credit is repaired, you get qualified for a mortgage.

Step#8: We do a formal closing where you become the homeowner.
